The covering letter on letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if employed.

      • Air Ticket (Required)

        • Return ticket (for air, land or sea travel).

      • Financial Records (Required)

        • Certificate of Financial Responsibility to prove that the applicant has the sufficient funds to meet his expenses while in Ecuador:

          • Affidavit of support by the host entity or particular assuming responsibility for the expenses of the interested party during his/her stay in Ecuador.
          • A bank statement (It must show that the applicant has an account with a level of monthly activity deemed satisfactory by the consul).
      • Medical Records (Required)

          • Medical certificate. (It must show that you have not any contagious diseases provided by a Health Institution.
          • A yellow fever vaccination certificate is required from travelers over 1 year of age. A Yellow fever vaccination certificate is valid for 10 years, beginning 10 days after vaccination. Vaccination shot to be taken accordingly.
      • Accomodation Evidence (Required)

        • Hotel confirmation and tour itinerary.

      • Invitation Letter (Required)

        • Letter of Invitation to attend an event or seminar. Conference or business discussion.

      • Police Clearance Certificate (Required)

        • Police Clearance Certificate issued from Passport office only.

He can obtain an On Arrival Permission of subcategory T-3, at the international airports of the Republic of Ecuador.         For a stay longer than this, you need to apply for a visa prior to your travel through the Ecuador embassy or consulate general in India. Before your visit to the visa office, please secure a prior appointment as per your convenience and availability.

Once this is done, prepare the set of essential forms, in accordance with the specifications for the selected type of visa. You can download them from the document checklist outlined on our page. Now that your application is complete, submit your documents in person at the selected office during the working hours. Please do not forget to carry the requisite visa fees with you in cash before your visit to the center.

        Post submission, the complete process takes 4 to 5 working days, exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. After visa approval, you can collect your stamped passport on presentation of the acknowledgement receipt.
